John Laing is already well-established as a specialist owner, operator and manager of public sector infrastructure assets in the UK and internationally. In recent years John Laing has developed its credentials as a provider of alternative funding models, and is at the forefront of pioneering the Local Asset Backed Vehicle (LABV), currently working in partnership with both Croydon Council and Tunbridge Wells Borough Council to deliver town centre regeneration. We are also delivering our first Building Schools for the Future project alongside Barnsley Council and are actively working with other authorities developing similar schemes to deliver regeneration in education.

Regenter, the joint venture between John Laing and Pinnacle Housing, specialises in the regeneration and transformation of disadvantaged neighbourhoods.
