Joint ventures

Partnering in all aspects of our business is fundamental to our strategy and business philosophy. We seek to enhance the value and manage the risks of operating overseas by establishing strong alliances with local investment and delivery partners. Our partners are increasingly diverse. They include leading contractors, financial institutions, local authorities, government agencies (e.g. the Department of Health,) operators and other developers.

We particularly seek ongoing partnerships that enable us to enhance bidding efficiencies, transfer best practice from project to project and sector to sector.

Primary Plus – HBOS: our joint-venture to target NHS LIFT schemes

Regenter – UK Pacific Investment Management: our joint-venture to target social housing and regeneration projects
