John Laing plc ('Laing') announces the disposal of stakes in 4 PFI projects to Allianz PFI Holdings (Jersey) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Allianz AG ('Allianz') for an initial cash consideration of £23.1 million and contingent deferred consideration of £3.6 million. ExcellCare, a joint venture company established by Bank of Scotland and Equion Ltd, part of John Laing plc, has reached financial close on a prestigious LIFT scheme in North Nottinghamshire today (Thursday 1 December). The scheme, worth over £34.2million, will provide seven new primary health care centres for the North Nottinghamshire region. It is the sixth ExcellCare scheme to reach financial close.

John Laing plc (John Laing) has today announced that a consortium consisting of Laing Roads, Skanska Infrastructure Development AB from Sweden and Lemminkäinen Corporation from Finland has reached financial close on the €299m E18 Muurla–Lohja Motorway Project.
